Wild Clay Yunomi Teacup

Handmade cup, thrown and trimmed on a potters wheel. The clay and glaze materials for these are entirely foraged in Northern California and minimally processed to allow the natural beauty to show through. A dark, rough clay body is used for these. A glaze made primarily of locally sourced granite is applied; where thicker it goes into a white speckled glaze, while the thinner portions allow the iron bearing clay to burn though. Finished with a few brushstrokes of ilmenite, an iron and titanium material, also locally sourced.

• Approximately 3.5 tall and holds 8-10oz.
• Microwave safe, hand wash recommended.
