In the winter, Pacific Humpback whales migrate to the sheltered warm waters of Hawaii to give birth. The mothers nurse the young while they themselves have little access to food. When spring arrives, the calves have grown and join the mothers in their migration, traveling thousands of miles to the nutrient rich waters of British Columbia and Alaska.

The ocean is my happy place. Nowhere else, do I feel as much in my element. As a scuba diver, I feel very fortunate to encounter and observe marine life in its natural habitat. The ocean and its wondrous creatures inspire much of my work.

I create my design, carve the block and take relief print impressions thereof. The entire process of Linoprinting is hand done and each print is unique with slight variations. I sign, date, and title each print. You will get the unique original handmade artwork, not a digital copy.
