As-Needed Sales Associate

We’re on the lookout for folks to join our roster of casual / as-needed crew members! If you love our shops, have a flexible schedule, and like the idea of helping out from time to time, this role is for you.

This position is a good fit for you if you enjoy interacting with people, and can work independently in a retail store environment, but are not able to commit to regularly scheduled shifts in the shop.

At this time, our greatest need is for some flexibility on weekdays between 9:45a-6:15p. Folks with weekend-only availability are still encouraged to apply for future consideration (we will be looking for weekend helpers in Q4).

Experience working in a high touch, in-person, customer facing role is required. Applicable experience may include retail or other sales, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality. 

Folks on our casual crew are who we call when we need occasional, additional coverage. They help us fill any gaps on the schedule on an as-needed basis. This might look like covering for a crew member who is traveling or out sick, or being an extra person on the floor during events or peak seasons. Depending on their preferences and availability, folks on our casual roster generally work an average of 6-10 days per year.

This role would be a good fit if you can think on your feet, pick up systems quickly, and have a strong general understanding of the retail experience as a whole.
